During the third quarter of Sunday night's game,Falcons defensive back Dunta Robinson delivered a brutal helmet-to-helmet hit on an Eagles receiver.
With the Eagles looking to build on their 24-21 lead, Michael Vick fired a laser to Jeremy Maclin in the middle of the field. As Maclin reeled in the catch, he was leveled by Robinson, who led with his hat and never even attempted to use his arms to wrap up the receiver.
"Unbelievable! Unbelievable that he has done it again," NBC broadcaster Chris Collinsworth said after the play as Maclin sprawled on the turf. Collinsworth was referring to last season's game between the two teams, when Robinson made asimilar hit on DeSean Jackson.
Fortunately, Maclin appeared to be okay and returned later in the game. Despite the big hit, Maclin finished with 13 receptions for 171 yards and two touchdowns.
