LeBron James puts on a show and impressive performance as he put up 45 points, 15 rebounds, and 5 assists to save the Miami Heat from elimination against the Boston Celtics as they tie the series 3-3 in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals at the TD Banknorth Garden in Boston, Massachusetts.

This was LeBron James best performance since his Cleveland days back in 2007 when he posted 51 points on the Detroit Pistons to help lead the Cavs to the Finals that year only to lose to the San Antonio Spurs final successful championship run in the Tim Duncan era.
